Conference on Quality in Higher Education: Shaping the Universities of the Future

The formation of alliances of European universities is one of the key pillars of future European education, which also brings plenty of novelties to the area of quality assessment and quality assurance. This popular topic was the subject of the Conference on Quality in Higher Education organized by SQAA, that took place on 5th of November via videoconference.

The director of SQAA dr. France Demšar opened the conference with the introductory remarks. Axel Aearden (NVAO) and Klemen Šubic (SQAA) presented the EUniQ project – Developing a European Approach for Comprehensive QA of (European) University Networks. What followed was a panel discussion, moderated by dr. Manja Klemenčič (Harvard University), where representatives of different alliances presented the key activities within their partner networks. The presentations were enhanced by an open debate with the participants of the event. The presentations of all the presenters are available further below.
